Meets monthly to review, evaluate, plan and coordinate the regular and special worship life of the congregation in consultation with the pastors. Areas of responsibility include:
Recruiting and coordinating "Liturgical Teams" to design services for particular seasons or occasions.
Caring for the "logistics" of our worship life, including the recruitment of and assistance to greeters, ushers, liturgists and readers and the procurement of Communion elements.
Attending to our "worship environment" by the design and use of banners, altar configuration, candles, and other non-structural enhancements to the sanctuary.
Working with the Director of Music to coordinate a full ministry of music.
Enabling the Reader's Theater Program.
